Licensed Social Worker | Therapist | Nurturing Advocate for Growth and Well-Being
I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can explore their emotions, navigate life’s challenges, and discover their inner strength. With a Master of Social Work degree and a deep commitment to thoughtful, person-centered care, I specialize in helping clients address trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, self-esteem concerns, and life transitions.
Using evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Attachment-Based Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy, I tailor each session to meet the unique needs of my clients. My approach is rooted in honesty, thoughtfulness, and a belief in the transformative power of compassion and connection.
When I’m not in the therapy room, I enjoy spending time with my husband, our two children, and our lovable goldendoodle, who’s always eager to steal the spotlight. I find joy in walking through nature, crafting, tackling home projects, and trying new restaurants. My favorite moments include meditating on an ocean beach, savoring a good cup of coffee, and experiencing the beauty of nature as seasons shift from winter to spring.
I am dedicated to helping my clients build resilience, find clarity, and move toward a life of balance and fulfillment.

MSW, LGSW | Under Supervision
Licensed Social Worker | Collaborative Therapist for Joy and Healing
My approach with clients is supportive, caring and collaborative. I aim to provide a space for you to be yourself, gain clarity about relationships, emotions, and experiences, and create a life that fills you with joy and healing connections. I incorporate evidence-based therapy practices that provide a direction and focus for our time together.
I hold a Master of Social Work from Winona State University and am a Licensed Graduate Social Worker. I have worked in a community-based organization as a school-linked mental health therapist in a high school setting. I have also provided outpatient therapy to adults. I am eager to support individuals of all ages in their growth and healing. I believe we learn to trust ourselves, and our innate wisdom, in environments that respect and celebrate our authentic selves and our individual gifts. My goal is to provide a caring space to bring awareness to thoughts, behaviors, and inner narratives that no longer serve you and explore strategies for growth and change.
I am passionate about working with people who need support to manage anxiety, ADHD, Autism, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. I have a special interest in religious trauma, women’s health issues, menopause, parenting, and spiritual exploration.
In my free time, I enjoy being active outside, making things, traveling, and spending time with family! I am a knitter, baker, plant momma, and gardener. I love to paddle board, canoe, downhill ski with my family, and enjoy a cozy sauna on a cold winter night.
